REFUNDS: full refunds before commission has begun, Half refund before more than half of lineart is complete & no refunds after linework is finished

 

PAYMENTS: all payments from US Residents are done through Cashapp (There may be some exceptions depending on circumstances), If you are International payment will be done through Paypal

 

HAVE A RIGHT TO REFUSE: i have a right to refuse any commissions i feel uncomfortable with or if i feel i cannot meet your expectations due to any kind of personal limitations

 

TIME FRAMES: I have a pretty sporadic schedule, times can take anywhere between 2 weeks up to a month or so, I will always communicate any delays though you are free to DM for updatesI

*Please note commission times may be longer due to IPad being out of commission, I am currently
using a screenless tablet thus my window of time for creating artwork has been limited.

 

f you need a commission done within a specific time frame you must pay addition fees depending on the commission type.

 

REPOSTING: You may repost or use artwork (pfps, Banners, etc.) at least crediting me once on your page
You may not claim artwork as your own

 

COMMERCIAL USE: emotes & PNG Tubers must provide credit within description to me if said artworks are being used. I will personally contact you if credit is not properly given as I do not add extra commercial fees to these subjects :)
 

If you're using any artwork for merch please provide 15% of your earnings from my artwork to me

 

NFTS: you are in no way permitted to use my artwork in affiliation with NFT

ADOPTS: please do not resell any adopts bought off of me, if you no longer wish to use the adopt you may exchange them for artwork, but nothing monetary.
Please do not claim ownership of design, credit must be provided at least once

 

CHANGES & ALTERATIONS: during sketching phase you may change any design element as you wish, if it becomes excessive however i will begin charging an additional $5 per change.
(this excludes instances where i forget aspects of your design or parts of your original image as those are the fault of my own)

 

Changes during any other stage of the commission you get 1 free change before i begin to charge an additional $10 per change
